Prior to joining SilverCarrot, Schechter was a principal
with commercial real estate brokerage and investment companies
Kerik Realty Brokerage Services and Philcor Property Investments.
Schechter was also an active investor and trader in securities
of publicly traded companies. From 1996 to 1997, Schechter
served as an investment real estate broker for Insignia
Mortgage & Investment Company.
Previously, Schechter sold more than $1.5 billion in properties
with The Balcor Company, a national real estate syndication
and investment firm. With an emphasis on leasing and property
disposition, Schechter also handled domestic and international
consulting assignments for the American Express Company.
He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
Schechter earned a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from the University of Florida and a master’s
degree in business administration from DePaul University.
Trish Donoghue oversees SilverCarrot Inc.'s financial
operations. Prior to joining SilverCarrot in 2006, Trish
worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP, one
of the Big Four global accounting firms. Trish worked in
the New York, Connecticut, and Tennessee offices during
her 6 year tenure with Ernst & Young, supervising audits
on an array of companies from major not-for-profit health
care systems to manufacturing companies to corporate barter
companies.
Trish earned a bachelor's degree in business administration
and accounting from the University of Connecticut in 2001
and acquired her CPA certification in 2006.
Prior to joining SilverCarrot, Andreja was engaged as a
technologist in numerous online marketing and advertising
ventures. He brings 25 years of experience in digital marketing
to SilverCarrot, the last 15 years of which were spent mainly
in the online realm.
For the last 10 years, Andreja has been working with and
developing web-based consumer data marketing products and
solutions with large consumer databases. He has architected
and managed DTC and BTB solutions and is now focused on
a software-based data quality management framework.
Andreja holds a bachelor degree in Information Design from
University of Basel, Switzerland; a Master's degree in Industrial
Design from Technical University, Munich, Germany; and an
M.S. degree in Economics from University of Zurich, Switzerland.
Previous to working at SilverCarrot, Wright was with
a vertical consumer magazine publisher specializing in the
craft and hobby market. Wright held a senior position in
sales for the five publications and the special interest
publications. From 1997 to 1999, Wright served at the director
level for the newly created Special Events division and
brought in over a $1 million in new revenue. Responsibilities
included running six consumer events in locations throughout
the country. Other key tasks involved contract negotiation
with convention centers and hotels, managing an exhibit
floor, and the hiring of event instructors. Previously,
Wright handled print media buys and direct mail campaigns
including planning, buying, and backend review.
Wright earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration
from National Louis University.
Andy brings a wealth of sales expertise to SilverCarrot
and its clients. Prior to joining SilverCarrot in 2005,
Andy spent over 17 years in consumer product sales in the
hardware and arts & crafts industries. He called on
major retailers in both the U.S. and Canada selling products
such as consumer batteries, power tools, and specialty fasteners.
During this period, he pioneered over $100 million in brand
new product sales for his employers, which included Panasonic
and Sears.
Since joining SilverCarrot, Thomashow has made a name in
the industry by fostering relationships with national advertisers
and ad agencies. Andy earned his bachelor’s degree
in political science from Northwestern University and received
a master’s degree in business administration from
Northern Illinois University.
